By completing a purchase on our online merchandise store, you agree to the following terms.
All Sales Final
All merchandise purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or duplicate orders. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order, including item selection, size, quantity, and shipping address, before submitting payment. Wendella Tours & Cruises is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tours@wendellaboats.com. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping
Shipping timelines (7 – 14 days) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wendella Tours & Cruises is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.
