West Dock

Our West Dock is ADA accessible by elevator from Michigan Avenue (between 400 and 410 N Michigan Avenue) and Wabash Avenue (401 N Wabash Avenue). Many of our tours and cruises depart from here in the summer. Once you’re at river level, we have wheelchair-accessible ramps to and from the boat's upper deck.

Michigan Ave Dock

Our Michigan Avenue Dock is not ADA accessible. There are 62 steps down from street level, with no elevator access. Once you’re at river level, we have wheelchair-accessible ramps to and from the boat's upper deck.
