Times:
Tour times and schedules are subject to change based on weather, demand and other circumstances outside Wendella's™ control. The Captain may deviate from any described tour route if reasonable or necessary for the safety or comfort of the passengers. Tickets are non-refundable and non transferable. The vessel departs promptly at the scheduled departure time.

The closest address to most docks is 400 N Michigan Avenue Chicago, IL 60611 (near the Wrigley Building). From there you can check in with a dock employee who can direct you to your boarding area. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure so you can be directed to your boarding location.

On Boat Conduct:
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited on all Wendella vessels and in the dock area at all times. Wendella reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone that appears to be intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise may present a safety concern. All bags are subject to screening. Explosives, flammables, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, and other dangerous items are prohibited and may be confiscated by Wendella. No objects or materials of any kind may be thrown or allowed to fall into the Chicago River or Lake Michigan.

Hazards:
You understand that known hazards exist during boating, including without limitation slipping or falling on stairs or on deck, getting on and off the boat, weather, waves, exposure to the elements, acts of God, collisions with boats, dock-walls or other objects, and suffering any type of accident or illness without easy access to medical facilities and other perils of the sea. These and other similar risks may result in injury, illness or death. By participating on a Wendella tour, you expressly assume all risk of injury, death or damage arising as a result of such hazards.

 

Recording/Photography – Your Consent:
Your presence on a Wendella tour/cruise constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and for Wendella to use and reproduce your image, likeness, voice and all associated media for commercial purposes, including without limitation for promotional use on websites, social media and email marketing. You may use any images, films or recordings you take of a Wendella boat, your tour/cruise, or Wendella’s other property or crew only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you have entered into a written commercial use agreement with Wendella. If you upload any images, films or recordings of a Wendella boat, your tour/cruise, or Wendella’s other property or crew, to social media and you tag Wendella, you consent to Wendella’s use of such content for commercial purposes, including without limitation use on websites, social media and email marketing. You waive any claim to receive compensation and other claims you may have relating to Wendella’s use of photographs, films, recording and other content in accordance with this consent, including without limitation claims relating to privacy, publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter on a Wendella tour/cruise.

Email Communications:
By purchasing a ticket at Wendella, you agree to receive email communications from us. These communications may include information about your upcoming tour, updates, promotional offers, and other relevant content. We value your privacy and assure you that your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
