Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is a family-owned company famous for deep dish pizza and staying true to the original Chicago-style pizza recipe. Considered the oldest family name in Chicago pizza history, each Lou Malnati’s pizza is handmade from scratch using the finest and freshest ingredients.
At Blackwood BBQ, we start with whole ingredients and prepare our provisions by hand. As a whole, we pride ourselves on going to great lengths to craft our food - sourcing meat from familiar farms, serving mac and cheese that takes four hours to make, using the finest spices, and so much more! Our knives cut meat and vegetables, never corners. We do it this way because we love it. We do it this way so that you will love it.
